AI Retail Properties is a privately owned property investment and asset management company. We identify, acquire and actively manage commercial real estate, holding assets for income and the long-term value we create through diligent, hands-on management.
We are deliberately focused. Rather than acquiring indiscriminately, we back a small number of assets we understand well and manage them closely — aligning our own capital with the outcomes we pursue.
